I contacted them from almost 7000 km away and they answered me very quickly. It was the only store in Bangkok that I could contact online and this way we had the opportunity to get to know them. The store is on the 22nd floor of the Sathorn Nakorn building. It's a wonderful place. Garmin is already the brand that makes you feel special. This store also makes you feel this care. Might be the best Garmin store I've experienced. Garmin is very lucky to have a business partner like them.
From here I bought Epix Pro Gen 2, speed and cadence sensor for cycling and HRM Pro Plus. I am very pleased with my order. You can always choose. They have helpful staff.
Extremely helpful. They even bought in a more fluent English speaker to help me with my choice. Very high prices compared to Europe. Not sure the import taxes alone can justify such prices?

Slow service but it's ok. Crazy pricing for accessories in thailand. Like 2300 baht for a silicone strap you can get for 200 baht on lazada.
My Garmin s60 approach golf watch which I purchased for 19900 baht 2 years back was out of warranty and unfortunately for me,the charging ports were corroded after using for golf and swimming and wouldn't charge. They did a 1 for 1 swap for me to a new unit and I had to pay another 5850 baht for it. Imho it's a manufacturing defect or a design fault. To make a charging port that corrodes isn't very responsible.
Possibly my last Garmin device since my experiences with Garmin since the s3 approach weren't too favorable.
Thanks for making me wait 1 hour to do a simple swap of watches. And at this moment of typing. I'm still waiting......
The staffs are so friendly and helpful. I went there to fix my watch and the guy inspected it and made the fix for free, even though mine is out of warranty already.
This store can be hard to find if you're not aware of the name GIS and only look for Garmin.
Here you can wait while they update the maps in your GPS, the waiting area is nice and calm and there's a coffee machine and fresh restrooms close by. They have all their products up for display and good information about everything as well. You also have a nice view over Bangkok.
